Cyvica Foundation was built to challenge that idea, and replace it with something better. We believe that a young person in rural Madhya Pradesh doesn't have to uproot their entire life to build a great future. They need education. They need skills. They need income. And they need opportunity. All of it, right where they already live.

That's what we build. Education systems that reach villages. Earning systems that work from home. Opportunity systems that don't require a city address. And a future for rural youth, men and women both, that is worth staying for.

Why Are So Many Young People Leaving And Why Shouldn't They Have To?

Every year, thousands of young people from rural Madhya Pradesh leave their home towns to search for work, education, and a life that feels possible. Many find it. But many also find themselves far from family, struggling in cities that weren't built for them, in jobs that don't use their real potential.

The problem isn't that rural youth aren't capable. The problem is that opportunity hasn't come to them. Schools that don't connect learning to earning. No pathways to income within the village. No systems that say: you can build something here, where you are.

That gap is what Cyvica Foundation exists to fill.

Everyone said go to Bhopal, go to Indore. I stayed. I learned, I built my income here. My parents didn't have to be alone. I didn't have to leave.
